need a price list web app

need a basic CRUD website with dynamic search to index over 2000 product and their prices for personal use in my business. search should be dynamic with 3 types of price for each item (price for super wholesaler, price for wholesaler and price for retailer). two modules admin and user user can only view and search items to view their prices. admin can search edit and delete entries.
