I need a frontend for website

I need a blog website, which i will share everything about me. It will include my resume information and also posts. I am backend developer, i will develop that back side of the project. I need just frontend developer who will develop the front-end with the good user interface. I need just html/css/js files for frontend, no react/angular/vue is required for that. The main requirement is attractive design for my project, blogs and for specially resume info.
