The Requirement:

The requirement is to digitize the process of MRN (Material Requisition Note) generation, processing, closure and data analysis.

The Process:

MRN will be generated by Site Engineer (SE) from site. Once generate, it needs to be approved by Project Manager (PM). Once approved by PM, it is sent to Purchase Executive (PE). The PE will invite quotes from selected Vendors and place Purchase Orders (PO) to procure the items of the MRN.

MRN (Material Requisition Note) will have the following information: (a sample of the physical MRN used currently is attached herewith)

MRN No,

Project Name,

Item Name,

Qty,

Required By Date,

Prepared By,

Approved By

Based on this MRN, a PO will be generated and procured accordingly - with feature to deliver items in parts.

Features:

The software app will have the following features.

• The Complete Process: (as mentioned above)

• Item Master List: - 3000+ item list with categories - Feature to Add / Edit / Delete

• Unit Master list (kg, meter, no., box etc)

• Customer Master List: - Feature to Add / Edit / Delete

• Employee Master List: - With different login access levels

• Vendor Master List: - Feature to Add / Edit / Delete

• Analytics: - How many MRNs are pending / overdue - What materials are required; site wise - From when the items are pending etc

• Admin Access Login - Full Admin access login with different analytics and reports
