I need a coder

I am Service Director at a Dealership and would like to create a program or app similar to MyKarma or TruVideo. MyKarma and TruVideo are in house messaging systems that allows us to also text our customer updates and send them videos of their vehicle being worked on by a technician. It also allows us to process payments, record calls, ect. My goal is to be their direct competition with a couple other improvements that I will disclose later. I would prefer you to familiarize yourself with both companies before reaching out.
