I need to build a system, mostly frontend

We have a IoT project where we connect some devices and use a platform to manage the device and users etc. But want our own front end solutions to display the data to the customers and partners.

So in this project it will require to fetch the data from that platform (have good documentation) and create a front end and display the data.

We want this for web and mobile, cross platform.
