need to add quick information page and Pyment page

I have one website on which I want to add a quick inquiry form and in a same quick Inquiry form, I want to show all the next available event times and dates with the button with "Enrol" text. When the user clicks on that page, the user must redirect to a new page wher it shows the time and date which the user has selected and on that page also want to add a button which redirects to the payment page.
