I need to add 3 functions to my website. Frontend with Vuejs and Backend with PHP (Note: platform Thinkphp ), Mysql.

I need to add 3 functions to my website and the maximum time is 3 days. Frontend with Vuejs and Backend with PHP (Note: platform Thinkphp ), Mysql and we just need to add functionality without needing to refer to project upgrades or interface upgrades.
The positions I need are:
1. When the customer is accessing and using the Customer, the administrator can cause the account to be logged out immediately.
2. The current account has access to the voting booth at will. Please do it in admin to prohibit customers from accessing the voting booth section
3. How to adjust the percentage for each room
- Currently the ratio is 1-1 (For example: bet 100 points to win 100 points). Please edit admin to customize the winning rate of each room (For example: R1 is 10% bet 100 win 10 and R2 is 15% bet 100 win 15 and R3 is 30% bet 100 win 30)
