Develop a data query tool for e-commerce and corresponding website. I have a 1 million+ database of customer records with multiple fields of data. I need an online query tool for businesses to use to make various demographic and geographic selects. The query would return a record count and a price to purchase/lease the records selected. Customer would pay by cc after card is approved and a use agreement is executed. I also need a website developed that would house the query tool. I would need hosting for the website and the data. The tool would need to be able to accept other data sets that have differing demographics. I would also need on-going customer service, or someone who could be available to do one-off projects as they may arise.
