I need a Mailchimp expert

Hi,

I am needing someone to please install a Newsletter sign up form onto my Wordpress blog.
I need just a basic newsletter sign up form, where people subscribe with their first + last name and email address (obviously).

I also need someone to just check that my Mailchimp is linked to my Wordpress blog, so that things can go smoothly with signing people up to my Newsletter.

Would really appreciate help with this -- tearing my hair out trying to figure it out lol!
