I need Experienced Web Designers to Design our Existing Two Websites

We are Brahma Kumaris, an international NGO founded in 1937, dedicated to promoting spiritual teachings through Rajyoga Meditation. Over the past decade, our website has served over 5,500 branches across India, primarily for account management and internal auditing. We have another website for Internal Management. However, we recognize that our user interface and experience in both our websites have not kept pace with the evolving digital landscape, which poses a challenge in effectively reaching our community. We are seeking the expertise of a UX/UI designer to revitalize our two websites with a mobile-first approach, ensuring it is accessible and user-friendly for all, including those with visual impairments. Our ultimate goal is to enhance user engagement and streamline our operations to better serve our mission of promoting peace and self-development globally.
