make website ready for PageSpeed Insights check and bring it into the green zone

hello freelancers
i just did a website for a customer. now the next step will be to make it fast for the PageSpeed Insights that is provided by google. at least it has to be within the green zone after the analysis by PageSpeed Insights has been performed. right now the mobile index is showing 33% and the desktop version is having 41%. we need to raise this numbers up to at least 90%.
after successful negotiation about price etc. i will hand the webseite url and the login data.
