link and contact us fixed asap on my homepage in shopify

I have two links needing fixed and I need to know in my theme where I can change them in the future to two buttons on my homepage and also I believe my contact us form is perhaps not sending me all the data as Most customers emails coming in seem to be very vague and I do not understand almost any of them so I believe either the questions are misleading or not transmitting all the data.

I want these two things fixed asap
