hybrid application

Hello, I am looking for a talented freelancer to create an innovative hybrid application for both iOS and Android platforms. The application should include online exam, that show correct answers at the end, the app should save and display images, text file and pdf file, the app also should have payment gateway i have an API we will use . I have a general idea as to the design of the application, but I'm open to any creative ideas you may bring to the table.
