help with Hostgator, Wordpress and Divi

I’m using Hostgator, Wordpress and Divi. I started setting up a blog for solo women travelers using a Divi travel theme.
Here’s where I’m stuck and seeking guidance:
1. Identify and fix why I have 2 home pages
2. Can’t receive email. HostGator sending me to Google; Google telling me email belongs to HostGator.
3. HostGator support generated CSR for my SSL Certificate but keeps sending me an alert that it hasn’t been done.
4. Don’t know how to resolve slow website load.
5. I need to review what I originally bought from HostGator, what I need to add, what I need to cancel, and how to make sure I know how to use what I bought and what I’ll be keeping.
