I have a project that needs updating

I have a project that is built on the slim PHP framework and uses twig dompdf idiorm paris bootstrap with a MySQL db - I built it a few years ago and have been using and patching since - I would like to find someone to update it all so it is on the latest versions and possibly further work. I do not want major changes as I would like to be able to make changes and update features myself. When updating versions I want someone to do that and check compatibility so it all remains working.
