U/I - U/X for Staff Rating Mobile-Web screens
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
This is a task to design the journey for a customer scanning a QR Code off a STAFF ID to rate him.
The journey theme colors, mood, must be based on the attached pic, and the website which is
https://valtech.com.kw - use same mood.
additionally, the steps are summarized as follows:
1- once the QR Code is scanned using the mobile camera,
the customer is asked if he wishes to continue in Arabic or English.
2- after the csutomer selects the language, the rating form will load
it will display clearly the staff's ID he is rating (this is passed from QR Code into the form programmatically).
3- the form will ask for Thumbs rating (up and down).
4- comments multi line box for typing.
5- customer's phone number (country code drop down flag) and a phone number field.
6- submit button
if the rating was thumbs up the final screen that will appear on the customer's phone is

Bidder must demonstrate a feel of what they can do twards this particular task in order to be considered.
