fix the bootstrap in a simple cshtml page

this small project is related to asp.net / mvc/ js / bootstraps / Visual studio


i am a student learning asp / and bootstrap., i need some one to help me to fix my bootstrap., it's a simple page with only a few text field i need to the fields arrange into a 2 row X 4 columne , , this is my assignemnt to my class., so i cant pay too much , but i will be having other issue and like to pay to get help down the road for my course.
