embed intellark in HTML editor

intellark is an Arabic keyboard that's based on QWERTY keyboard (try here: http://www.intellaren.com/intellark)
Currently it can be added only on native HTML elements like input and textarea
I would like to have it:
- added to an HTML editor like tinymice https://www.tiny.cloud/docs/tinymce/6/angular-pm/
- be able to use it inside Angular applications
