eSports Platform

Hello! I'm looking for a talented developer to help me create an Italian eSports platform that supports Multiplayer online battle arenas and 1 vs 1 (team or players) competition. The platform will have tournament management, autobracket generator for single and double elimination, battleroyale, swiss and round robin sistem, live streaming, match-making algorithms, and will need to be able to accommodate between 1000-5000 users.
I am looking for someone who has experience developing gaming projects, and knows the ins and outs of Multiplayer online battle arenas.
The platform needs also a full dashboard for users and staffers, custom roles, custom badges, inmatch chat between team members and admin (single match).
The entire platform must be in Italian language (i can translate it by myself)
