I am looking for a skilled freelancer to develop a chatbot that provides Ukrainian language lessons to English speakers, with a beginner-level focus. The lessons should be a combination of both text and audio-based formats - providing the most comprehensive learning experience possible. The topics of the lessons should center around general language proficiency, and not be too specific to either tourism or business. This project requires an experienced individual with knowledge of Ukrainian language, and ideally someone who also understands how to create an effective chat-bot.
