Our company deals with machines and I would like a web interface that allows us to track the running/repair status of the machines to be inputted manually in the production line. Functionality I would like to see
1. adding, editing, removing of - machines, status, issues, person in charge, item codes, etc.

3. status summary of the machine thru easy to identify viuals
4. user login and activity tracking
