create a Blogger template for musician

hi ,
I need a professional blogger web developer to create a dark responsive template like the attached video file , But i need to (add a audio player with image) like in the attached screenshot but (without) the cart / selling .
to sum up ,
the template must contain:
- responsive like the video ( home page / menu ...etc)
- dark
- option to change the background
- add audio player with image ( options to add/ change audio / image )
- ads banners place
