convert image to responsive HTML

I have several images (7) that i need to convert to responsive html pages,
The structure from the result is for all images almost the same. (position structure) - only the text/images in the html pages are different.
This is a very urgent project, only bid if you are full skilled to do this with high quality and speed.
If you are fast i can give you multiple images to work with, if not i will give them to other freelancers.
