code a PSD design to a react page

Let me begin by saying I don't settle for work half done or unprofessional work so if you are starting out or think I will settle for mediocre work please don't waste my time and yours.
I already designed and created a PSD file of my website Inner page.
I need to turn it into a react page with all the elements and images as will specify.
The job is not complicated because my demands are very straightforward and I don't mind explaining as much as needed before we start.
