build me a whatsapp food ordering system

Hi there, i would like to get a quote for building a whatsapp based food ordering system. This system will allow the business owner to upload their menu with product photos and pricing and to receive, except and process order from customers. On the customer side it will allow the customer to place their orders via whatsapp and make payment through stripe, paypal, credit card, debit card etc. It will also allow the customer and the business owner to communicate with each other via whatsapp. there are other functionalities that this will have that i will mention later on.
