The platform includes three user roles:
Admin

Each role has specific permissions and access levels to ensure data security and operational efficiency.
1. Admin Portal
Purpose
Admins oversee the entire platform, managing users, overseeing submissions, and handling PTO and salary configurations.
Key Functionalities
User Management: Create, edit, or deactivate Recruiter and Candidate accounts.
Candidate Oversight: View all candidate profiles and monitor their submission statuses.
Submission Monitoring: Access and review all submissions made by recruiters.
PTO Management: Approve or reject PTO requests; adjust PTO balances as necessary.
Salary Configuration: Set and update recruiter salary details; oversee salary adjustments post-PTO deductions.
Reporting: Generate and export reports on submissions, PTO, timesheets, and salary adjustments.

2. Recruiter Portal
Purpose
Recruiters manage candidate information, track submissions, handle timesheets, and request PTO.
Key Functionalities
Candidate Management:
Add new candidates with details: Full Name, Date of Birth, Years of Experience, Technology Expertise, and custom fields.
Edit or update existing candidate profiles.
Submission Tracking:
Log daily submissions by selecting candidates from the existing database.
Enter details: Client Name, Vendor Name, Submission Date, and additional notes.
Note: Ensure accurate candidate selection to maintain data integrity.
Timesheet Handling:
Submit weekly/monthly timesheets.
The system auto-calculates total hours worked and adjusts salary based on PTO taken.
PTO Requests:
Submit PTO requests with specified dates and reasons.
Monitor PTO balance and request statuses.

3. Candidate Portal
Purpose
Candidates can view their profiles, track submission statuses, and manage timesheets.

Note: Candidates can only view their own submissions; access to other candidates' submissions is restricted.
