booking option, multilanguage site

I am looking for a freelancer to help me create a booking option on my website(SitePad) where users can book tour packages. The website will be in English, Uzbek and Russian and I would like to use a third-party payment processor for handling payments. I need assistance with designing the booking feature, connecting it to a payment processor, and making sure the website is multilingual so that it can be accessed by a global audience. The booking feature should be intuitive and easy to use, as well as feature-rich. I will need assistance with testing and debugging the completed project as well.
