There are 3 user levels in the app besides admin/developer
1. Consumer
2. Take Away Restaurants/Kitchen
3. Drivers
We have a website/App with all the city's take away restaurants, where consumers order food at a specific restaurant.
The customer can choose between:
- pick up the food yourself or
- want to have the food delivered
App for the restaurant where the restaurant:
- Button to press resturant open or closed
- receives the consumer's order/order, plays a sound when the order is received
- accept or reject order
- hands over when the food is ready for collection by the driver
- prints delivered order
App for driver
- Sees all available orders in a list sorted by distance to restaurant/order
- Selects an order that the person concerned can reach the restaurant in time
- Press the food is delivered to the customer
Specifications:
- Each restaurant has its own login to change information about company, name, logo, cvr. no., menu card etc.
- Each restaurant has its own option to insert account or IBAN information in the payment gateway
- Must possibly is made in Stripe, which splits the payment into the following:
- The money for the food goes to the restaurant
- The money for paid delivery by the customer goes to the driver
- The money for paid delivery of the restaurant (fixed price) goes to the driver
- 5% of the total bill is added to the customer's basket and paid by the customer and the money goes to the Platform/Admin
