Zoho CRM Customization: HTML Email & Automation
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
Important Note: All communications must be through freelancer.com. Do not contact the client directly or you will not be considered for this job.
I'm looking for a professional with great expertise in HTML/CSS coding, email design, zoho emall builder, and Zoho CRM customization ability. The main focus of this project has 2 stages:
Stage 1: (We only want a quote for this stage for now)
1. Embedding two forms created in Zoho Forms onto the Website. (read attached PDF for details)
2. Custom Email Template Design: (read attached PDF for details)
- You will be expected to implement a custom email template I will provide, using your HTML/CSS coding skills. I will provide the PSDs. There are 2 email templates that will need to be implemented using HTML/CSS coding
- There are 8 email templates that will be built using the zoho drag and drop interface.
Stage 2: Email Automation. We'll ask you for an estimate if we're happy with the work you did in stage 1.
- Adding a field to leads (see details in stage 2 in the attached PDF)
- Duplicate an email template that is currently sent to contacts so it can be sent to leads. And create an automation so that this duplicate email template is sent to leads 2 days before their delivery date.
- Create automation to send email confirmation to someone who submits an order.
- redirect new registrant to a thank you page. Right now, they're redirected to the order form.
- Notify Aqua blue Customer service if a lead doesn't purchase after receiving an email notification 2 days before we deliver in their geographical zone.
Ideal candidates should have:
- Strong HTML/CSS skills, with a focus on email design
- Proven experience setting up email automation within Zoho CRM
- Proven experience customizing Zoho CRM.
- Understanding of customer relationship management and digital marketing
- Reliable with a keen attention to detail.
