Young Website partner to manage the growth & sales of a Shopify Website - Payment (50% of all sales)

Looking for fun chap who can help jump-start a new T-shirt design website (already ready). The person needs to be active and must be aware of the shopify tool. Even if not, I am happy to train the person on it. They need to find ways to market the website with the available limited resources. The website is UAE based but also is a global site so international sale payments are already available in it. The project will be a good pick for someone who likes to work online and is very social. Although there wont be any pay, you will be paid 50% of all profit the site makes as it is still new. (Trackable on Shopfy itself). You will be given the credentials of all the social media handles to work with.
