Workforce management - website/app

Need a mobile compatible website (ideally integrated with Google apps) to manage employees - roster, leaves, timesheet and payroll datasheet preparation. Employees should be able to login and enter their timesheets, apply for leave which then goes to their manager for approval and if gets approved becomes part of the timesheet and futures rostering. should be easy to navigate. open to suggestions on features.
