Redesign of an existing website using a wordpress template but in HTML only. The design will not be used on a Wordpress template so you must have HTML webdesign skills and be able to ensure the design is responsive.
MUST BE ABLE TO CODE IN HTML 5 and be responsive not a wordpress template purchase!!!
