WordPress Site Update for Consultancy

I need help to update, add to, and expand my WordPress website for a client-side project management consultancy. I've got all the new categories listed and photos, so will just need everything put in category/industry as well as year complete.

Requirements:
- Update existing text and add new information
- Upload and organize new images and galleries
- Add and categorize new categories or pages
- List projects by year completed as well
