WordPress: Rebuild / copy website to new domain, only 4 pages

An existing website needs to be rebuilt with word press plugin on another domain. (should be easily editable by normal people)
The website contains only 4 pages using a WordPress plugin
1. Home with some information and a video.
2. Beitreten (Form to submit some information to join, information will be submit to e-mail address - Form should support characters ö ü ä ü)
3. Kontakt with some buttons like facebook instagram email etc.
4. Tickets (to be adjustable by putting html code)
