WordPress Pharmacy Site Development

I run a community pharmacy and need a seasoned WordPress developer to turn my vision into a fully-functioning online hub. The site must feel trustworthy, load fast, and work flawlessly on mobile.
Core functionality
• Online prescription refills – patients should be able to upload scripts or enter Rx numbers and track status.
• Consultation booking – calendar-based scheduling with automated reminders for telehealth or in-store appointments.
• Medication information database – searchable, easy to edit, with space for dosage, side-effects, and branded images.
What I already have
Domain, hosting, and a WordPress install are ready. I’m flexible on the overall look and will welcome your theme or builder suggestions as long as they remain lightweight and easy for my staff to maintain.
What you will deliver
1. A clean, secure WordPress build configured with the three features above (WooCommerce, Bookly, custom CPTs, or other reliable plugins—your call, but they must be well supported).
2. Payment gateway and SSL fully operational so refills can be paid online.
3. Role-based dashboards for pharmacists, assistants, and customers.
4. Clear instructions or a quick Loom walkthrough so my team can manage products, bookings, and drug entries without outside help.
Please share two pharmacy-related (or similarly regulated industry) sites you’ve built, note any HIPAA/GDPR experience, and give me a realistic timeline from kickoff to launch. I’m ready to start as soon as we agree on the plan.
