WordPress Newsletter & JSON Upload Fix

Job ID: 39856388

Budget: $15 – $25 USD

My logistics-focused WordPress site needs two quick but crucial repairs.

First, the built-in newsletter has stopped behaving as expected. I need you to audit the current setup, trace whatever is blocking normal delivery or sign-up flow, and restore full, reliable operability. Whether the root cause sits in an SMTP setting, theme override, or a misconfigured plugin, I simply want subscribers added smoothly and emails landing in their inboxes again.

Second, I have several JSON files that should populate custom fields on the site—think route data, shipment info, or other logistics-centric details. Right now the upload either fails outright or the data never reaches the database. Your job is to enable clean, drag-and-drop JSON uploads and make sure every relevant field displays correctly on the front end. If a lightweight import script or an ACF mapping tweak is the right approach, run with it; I just need the data flowing.

Key stack elements in play: WordPress, PHP, HTML/CSS, and of course JSON parsing. I’m happy to provide wp-admin access, sample JSON files, and a staging environment so you can test without touching the live site.

Deliverables
• Newsletter fully functional and tested with at least one successful test campaign
• JSON upload process restored: sample file imports, values appear in all mapped fields

Let’s get these two pain points fixed so my logistics site can get back to business.
