WordPress Inmate Food Store Website
Budget: ₹1,250 – ₹2,500 INR
I’m launching an online food store for friends and families who send care-packages to inmates, and I need a WordPress build that is ready for real-world use—fast.
Core build
• Set up WordPress with a clean, mobile-first theme that makes our 500-650 products easy to browse, filter, and add to cart.
• Install and configure WooCommerce (or a comparable solution) so I can import the full catalogue the moment the final SKU list is ready.
• Create a custom integration that lets shoppers enter an inmate DIN# (ID), queries the state database we specify, and automatically fills the correct facility shipping address. “Search using inmate DIN# (ID)” is mandatory; the system must refuse checkout if the lookup fails.
• Enable payment methods: Credit/Debit cards and PayPal through standard gateways, plus options for Zelle and CashApp (manual confirmation or approved plugin—open to advice).
• Turn on inventory tracking, order receipts, and standard email notifications so customers always know when items ship.
• Provide a straightforward dashboard where staff can view orders, inventory levels, and the facility address pulled in for each purchase.
Initial milestones
1. Connect the inmate-lookup database to a staging site so we can test end-to-end checkout right away.
2. Deliver a product-import template and show me how to bulk-upload SKUs.
3. Hand over a functional storefront with payment, inventory, and receipt workflows enabled.
