WordPress Admin Fix & Learning Session

My WordPress site is functioning properly, but the wp-admin is problematic. Most of the links I click on the left menu lead to a 404 Not Found error. I suspect some unusual permission settings that need to be corrected.
Recently, I migrated the site from one hosting provider to another.
I have access to the filesystem and to plesk and would like to have an online session where we can solve this together, with you guiding me, as I’m keen to learn.
I need this fixed within the next three days; the earlier, the better.
