Word Search Game Generator

I'm looking for a developer who can create a web-based Word Search Game Generator for me.
Key Features:
- I need to be able to input a list of up to 40 words
- Specify the number of letters per row
- Specify the number of letters per column
- The generator should be able to save for editing, generate printable versions (high res PDF) of the word search.
- This is not a game for play on the web. It is just a generator that we can create printable word searches
Ideal skills and experience:
