WooCommerce Payment System Expert Needed

My WooCommerce website is fully developed, but I've run into issues with processing credit card payments and shipping products. After numerous attempts at various configurations with PayPal, Stripe, and WooCommerce, I am still unable to resolve these issues.
When processing payments, they seem to go through but ultimately are not approved, resulting in a "Transaction Declined" error.
