Wix website automation of emails for Guesthouse
Budget: €30 – €250 EUR

My client has a website for a guesthouse. The site is currently hosted on Wix. When they get a booking in from booking.com they get sent the customers email address, name and country. I need an add on to their website in which:
1) Their staff can log in to a section of the site, fill out a form with the customers details
2) Based on that information, i need two emails to be scheduled. One a week before the customers arrival to the guest house and another at 5pm on the date of check out.
3) Those emails need to be sent in the appropiate languge for that client
4) The guesthouse already has PDF/Word templates of the information that needs to be contained within those mails (information on how to book breakfast or how to avail of the other services the guesthouse offers) I will need these PDF/Word documents converted into emails that will display nicely on any device.
5) The staff should have a relatively simle way to update or make changes to the information in the emails if updates are required.
6) The staff should be able to see the mails have been sent and see a queue of scheduled mails.
