Wix or Web Developer

I’m trying to use wix to create a poll website. I would like to have the ability to host polls that any user can answer and see results to. I would also like signed in users to have “friends” where they can see how their friends voted on the polls. If this can be done on wix, I can handle the design. I just need help with the functionality.
