Wix Site Setup and Optimization

I need a Wix expert to set up a new site from the Noah Matthews template and make the blog the primary focus. Key deliverables:
Create site from Noah Matthews template and make homepage blog‑first (Blog Feed in hero, hero headline + subscribe CTA).
Create 6 blog categories and migrate up to [X] existing blog posts (copy/paste; images uploaded).
Enable comments and add a Community Guidelines page.
Install/configure Wix Stores; create 6 product collections and add up to [Y] products (images, descriptions, variants).
Mobile optimization and basic SEO (meta title/description for homepage and 3 priority posts).
Provide 15–30 min walkthrough video and 7 days of minor fixes post-launch. Requirements:
Provide 2 live Wix site links you built.
Use Wix collaborator invite (no password sharing).
Include fixed price and estimated timeline. Payment & milestones: propose milestones as described. I prefer fixed-price bids. Deadline: July 10.
