Weekly or biweekly mortgage broker email blast

Im a mortgage agent and my schedule is very busy. I would like someone to design a branded template for a weekly newsletter on mail chimp or our CRM program and write an article (I will provide some info and topics) that will be sent out to my email database. I have a few different working titles and samples of the info I will provide! Update should be able to have hyperlinks as well. Thanks so much :)!
