Website tweaks

I had a shopify expert help me to make it so that my customers are not redirected to the shopping cart when they add an item to their cart from the collection page & the product pages, however for some reason, there are still some products that redirect to the shopping cart.

I also would like to add a search bar to my header in addition to the magnifying glass, I think the magnifying glass is needed on the mobile view.
