Website problems scrolling mobile pages
Budget: €30 – €250 EUR
Dear freelancers,
an unreliable company here on Freelancer created a corporate website for our business. Website is really beautiful and captivating, but there is a bad problem that they have not been able to solve, and I can no longer trust them.
I am therefore looking for a GREAT company or a professional who can work on the site and definitively solve the problem.

The problem in question is related to the flow (fluency) of the pages scrolling from mobile devices (just browse the Home to see the problem).
Please check "VIDEO.mp4" file attached in order to observe the problem.
The pages from mobile devices are jerky, they do not scroll regularly, they do not have a smooth navigation.
I have tried from different devices, browsers, the problem always shows up!
Desktop issues don't show up, in fact the site scores very well in tools like Google Developers PageSpeed or GtMetrix.
The scores instead collapse from mobile devices (check attached screenshot pro.jpg).
Mainly we should therefore correct these aspects:
1) First Contentful Paint
2) Speed Index
3) Largest Contentful Paint
4) Time to Interactive
5) Total Blocking Time
6) Cumulative Layout Shift
===> PLEASE: I'm not an idiot. We have already tried to get the BEST hosting on the Italian market, with a faster plan. We just tried to use a CDN, we just tried to use PREMIUM Wordpress plugins to speed up the site, and a lot of that nonsense things.
The problem is site-related, which is exactly where you need to take action to fix the problem, therefore no optimization needed to try to have a higher speed on website.
I need a professional agency or guy able to solve this problem, the site has clear scrolling and flow problems.
