I am organising a tour. It’s a to and fro train journey. I want a web site (mobile compatible) to get data from the passengers & also give them information of seat and rooms allocation.
The passengers are attached to group leaders. Each group leader may have different number of passengers allocated (1 to 400)
Total passengers - 1000 (approx)
1. Total number of seats will be assigned to the group leader in a google sheet. The mobile number of the group leader will be input in the google sheet by a web form.
2. The allocation of seat numbers & room numbers will be done in a google sheet - tagged to the group leader.
2.1 the group leader to receive sms when the seats & rooms are allotted.
4. Group leader page - Login page for group leader- where in the group leaders can login with their mobile number and otp.
4.1 add individual passenger data (limited to the number of seats allotted)
4.2 the group leader will then allocate the seats and room numbers to individual passengers.
4.3 some passengers will be allotted only room but not train seats.
4.4 group leader should be able to change the allocations whenever required. (Until the cut off date).
Cut off date to be in the admin panel.
4.5 the individual passengers to receive sms as and when the group leader allocates the seats/rooms.
5. All the above data to be stored in google sheets so as to generate various reports.
6. Rooms will be spread over 5 hotels. Different types of rooms with different capacities.
7. Group leader should have access to floor plans of hotels. Upload of floor plan can be done in pdf.
8. All above to be hosted preferably on google sites - so that I can upload other relevant information as and when - like program itenary, menu, contact information etc.
