Website from template + user profile page + payment dashboard

We need this Web App with 3 steps:
1 Modify this template (Coinland React.js). We need to add our information and logo to the landing page

2 Create functionality so users can register and modify their profile page
3 Enable users to select a payment plan and input a desired amount, then they will have a dashboard to show past payments, next payment date and amount, contract information.
I attached the Entity-Relationship diagram for the payment database, its still a first logic design, maybe needs some improvement.
