Website for taking interviews

I am looking for someone to build me a website for conducting job interviews. This website needs to make it easy to arrange interviews and should not be built to be mobile-friendly. The features I am requiring are an online registration system as well as the ability for people to schedule interviews. Additionally, if it is possible, it would be nice to have an online payment system built into the website. If you think you can provide me with the functionality I am looking for, please let me know.
The website should have login details fro employer,interviewer,employee. it sends mail to the candidates who is taking interviews and to interviewee as well. Attach zoom into it and recording and saving into cloud
