I am looking for a skilled developer to create a custom-built real estate website similar to Zillow. The website should have the following features:
- Listing Management: The ability to manage and update property listings easily.
- Property Search: A robust search function that allows users to search for properties based on various criteria.
- Mortgage Calculator: Integration of a mortgage calculator to help users estimate mortgage payments.
As for the integration with a real estate data source, I am not sure at this time. I am open to discussing the options and recommendations from the developer.
The preferred platform for the website is custom-built. I am looking for a developer who has experience in building custom websites and has a good understanding of the real estate industry. Experience with real estate data integration would be a plus.
